At Dash, we want you to love your home; if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dash account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring any fragile home decor is properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
